Thaw avocado according to package instructions.

Prepare ancient grains and edamame according to package instructions.
Step 3
To prepare dressing, place carrots, water, vinegar, ginger, turmeric and salt in a blender and process until smooth. Then, while the blender is running, drizzle in the olive oil until fully combined.
Step 4
