Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare potato chunks according to package instructions. Prepare and dice chicken filets. Hold warm.
Step 3
For each portion, place 8 oz. of potatoes in the bottom of a serving container. Top with 1 diced fried chicken filet (4 oz.), 1 oz. of cheese and 2 scrambled eggs (4 oz.). Serve with a 2 oz. portion cup of Everything Bagel Avocado Spread.
